Celebrating first-generation Friars
In honor of National First-Generation College Celebration Day on November 8, Providence College recognizes the achievements of first-generation students and alumni, such as Rosemary Fernandes Mugan Psy.D. ’98, executive director of the Personal Counseling Center. At Homecoming Weekend, she discussed her determination to make the most of her college experience — and her return to Friartown to help students like herself.
