Dennis E. Mello; retired database administrator
Dennis E. Mello, retired database administrator at PC, and his wife, Jeannette, died June 21, 2019, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident in Canterbury, N.H.
Mr. Mello worked as PC’s database administrator in the Department of Information Technology for 15 years, retiring in 2016. He was a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in computer systems management. He proudly served in the U.S. Army Reserves.
Mr. and Ms. Mello both enjoyed motorcycles, camping, and traveling, and loved dogs.
Mr. Mello is survived by two sisters, two nieces, and one nephew.
The lives of Mr. Mello and his wife were celebrated at a Mass of Christian Burial on July 16 in St. Anthony of Padua Church, New Bedford, Mass. Burial was in Rural Cemetery, New Bedford.
