Building the Beloved Community with Gloria Purvis
Gloria Purvis is special advisor for integral human development and dignity in the Office of Mission and Ministry at Providence College. A graduate of Cornell University, she is a renowned Catholic scholar, speaker, journalist, and commentator.
She interviewed Pope Francis with a delegation from America Media in 2022 and served as a contributor for ABC News Live during the Papal Conclave in 2025. Through her media presence, including her work with The Gloria Purvis Podcast, EWTN, and Word on Fire Institute, she is an important Catholic voice for life issues, religious liberty, and racial justice.
