Providence College plans to break ground in 2023 on a 100,000 plus square foot home for the School of Nursing and Health Sciences (SNHS). PC hired SLAM, the same architectural firm that designed the award-winning Science Complex and the Ruane Center for the Humanities, to develop the building. The design features the latest teaching-learning equipment and immersive simulation scenarios. The building will also contain space for academic research and policy development pursued by SNHS faculty, graduate and undergraduate students dedicated to interdisciplinary advancements in the fields of health science and nursing.
