The Face of Research
What does research look like at a liberal arts institution?
At Providence College, students partner with faculty to conduct original research and scholarship — an opportunity many larger universities reserve for graduate and post-doctoral students. In our labs,
students work to solve the cancer puzzle, and they serve the world by developing sanitation systems. During the summer, PC students can be found alongside the world’s premier biologists on Cape Cod.
And research is not limited to science — students explore questions in the arts, the humanities, and business. We proudly present a sampling of the research scholarship of our faculty and students.
